Thoughts and questions on the new AMD MPX dual boards.

I've got an interesting question and would like to see if its valid or not. The new MPX chipset will allow operation of 66mhz pci bus. IF the new boards from asus, msi, epox.etc... over overclocking adjustments via FSB, does this mean that you can overclock the FSB even higher as it would allow for the proper divider of the PCI bus and all its peripherals?? That would mean that you can truly run at 200mhz/400mhz FSB???? What do you all think about this?

That's not really true. The PCI bus is still 33MHz. The boards will have a couple of 64-bit, 66MHz slots but these are keyed different, run at a different voltage, and are not backwards compatible with regular PCI cards. There is a huge thread about these boards in the motherboard forum if you care to wander over there.
