Torque = HP * 5252 / RPM
Torque = 2 * Torque * (5252 / RPM)
1 = 2 * 5252 / RPM
RPM = 10504

Huh. Yeah. But your maximum torque is always going to be your maximum horsepower at 5252rpm. Of course engine torque can be lower than horsepower. lol..

So what? What's wrong with wanting a more powerful engine in your car? lol.. There aren't very many cars that have 400hp engines in them on the road.

Just think of the lowly volkswagen bug. 1600cc of 36hp lovin, stock. Would I be a ricer if I put a 110HP Porsche 914 engine in my Bug? I don't think so. lol

You add a super tall rear wing, and a hundred pounds of aftermarket ground effects, yet you gut the interior and yank out the rear seat for weight savings.

I dunno about other years, but I have an '02 Civic with the factory spoiler and it has a brake light, along with the one in the rear window.
