So I've been giving my dog treats after his weekly showers so he likes them more, and doesn't act so sullen afterwards. Apparently this positive reinforcement worked better than I anticipated because moments ago, he leaped, uninvited, into the shower, through the shower curtain. I was 99% sure that the killer from Psycho had me.I screamed, he yelped, we both jumped and slipped, the shower curtain was ripped down and we both ended up on the shower\tub floor struggling to escape the shower curtain.

Ha that's kind of funny. :D

On a side note, what kind of dog do you have? Because some dogs it is bad to give them a bath too much. My dog (German Shepherd Dog) is only supposed to have baths twice a year and then in emergencies (like rolled around in poop or something) because otherwise it dries out their skin real bad.

He's a California Aqua Terrier. Because of their seal-like skin, it's important to give them showers at least once a week.

Just kidding. He's this kind. I think like a chihuaha and a rat terrier. He's a shelter dog. He's very smart but also very timid\submissive. He's gained a lot of confidence since I got him, and when my dad had him for a year, he taught him to hunt rabbits and squirrels.

Yeah he looks like a chihuaha mix of some sort. Cute looking dog, though my dog would eat him :p

I wouldn't know about the bath ratio for that kind of dog. How old is he?

WHAT? Manly Texan fellow, you DON'T carry in the shower? This mostly harmless friendliness on your dog's part could have been stopped cold.

Why do you HATE the 2nd amendment? :(
