Wow, some blind people in here. . .
They aren't the same. For one, the one on the left in the crutchfield link has 7 wires and the one on the right has 5 wires.

Second, again in the picture from the crutchfield link, the dark grey one on the left has a small "hump" on the top left corner whereas the light grey one on the right has the same little "hump" on top but it is on the top RIGHT corner instead.

I hope you're being sarcastic because any idiot can plainly see the position of the two connectors are reversed in the two pictures.

Oh, I only looked at the large picture from the Crutchfield link. I was comparing the the light grey piece to the black piece next to it in the same picture. I thought the other picture was too small to tell. Now I understand he wants to know if the products depicted in the pictures from both links are identical. Yes they are. One just has the positions of the grey and black pieces reversed. I thought he meant are the grey piece and the black piece identical. A more clear way to pose the question could have been "Are the wire harness kits depicted in these two links identical?"

Yeah but not in the way you were thinking I did. I was comparing the 2 parts within the same photo instead of comparing the products depicted in the 2 separate photos. I was merely unclear about what the OP was asking us to compare.
