i usually eat my lunch (dinner actually) at my desk during the slow times, and on my lunch hour, find a nice quiet conference room, lay back in a chair, and listen to podcasts on my touch.

One hour break? That would be awesome. Heck, eating lunch anywhere other than my desk would be awesome. OTOH, putting your head down for a little nap at the desk is not frowned upon at all. Boss does it from time to time in fact.

Me too. I've never been able to just "take a nap" for a few minutes here or there.

I have a couple friends who can literally just go to sleep anywhere. I've always been envious.
