I just dont understand Islam law. how can a 7 year old getting raped bring dishonor to the family? what about the Uncle who supposetly raped her? why doesnt Ismamic law punish the the person who comitted the rape?

Local people have called for the man, who has been arrested, to be hanged, but under Iran's Islamic law only the father of the victim has the right to demand the death sentence.
