I'm more irritated that the best soldiers we have (special forces) are busy policing the rest of the military and playing PR games instead of carrying out important objectives to speed up our removal from Iraq.

My second biggest irritation is, as it always has bee, that the military/government still insists it has a right to operate in secrecy. No. Only troop movements, operational frequencies, etc have a right to be classified. Everything else should be public domain.

I'm not saying we shouldn't torture prisoners (not saying we should either), just saying that if it IS happening then it should be open public knowledge and those in charge should have to deal with the repurcussions 100%. The government isn't special, or autonomous...it's a body of/by/for the people and therefore the people have a right to know what it does and to take total control of it when it behaves in a manner not to their liking.
 
If Americans cared about morality they wouldn't have voted for Bush. These people are cutting the heads off of innocent people and trapping bombs to children. Do not think for one minute that they would not LOVE to rip the head off of your children RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Oh that's right, we just decided one day to level a city, with NO warning and wanted to kill them all. Right......... Well I am sold. Since innocent civilians die in war, since these "insurgents" use civilians as shields and hold them hostage in their own homes, we should pack up and come home.
