I don't know what they're called, but they look like they're "installed" on your tires where you pump the air in. They light up - I've seen red and blue) as your wheels spin.

Where do I get them, how much do they cost, and are they illegal to have (like underbody kits) ?

3.) Yes, they're illegal by the consent of good taste. You will be laughed at by society as a whole. They look even more ridiculous than the windshield washer nozzle LED lights, if that's possible.

I saw them on a mercedes. I've seen tons of ricers around and none of them ever had them. I've seen tons of cars with the windshield washer nozzle blue LED and their cars were nowhere close to looking like rice. They add to the look of the car, just like tinted windows. You go to Hong Kong or Japan and 35-year olds have these things on their family sedans. You wanna go tell them they're ricers? Hell, they have a lot of effects on their cars but they don't put wings or stickers or aftermarket rims on.

The term rice is way overused around this board.

They have them for like $15 at KMart and Meijers. It's funny how all the stores that sell autoparts are now carrying LED equipment. You can also get sound activated lighting for your car from both places. 🙂
