What software are you using to setup and manage accounts? I've got a friend who's got the space and bandwidth but doesn't know what software he can use to get something like this up and running.

Some of us have a life away from Anandtech. Hell, I just found out today that Grasshopper is banned.
For what? Which thread?
I had noticed he hadnt been posting for a long time, I just wasnt sure....
Apparently he was a banned trader from a while back and someone figured they were one in the same person.
I'll tell you what, if you miss a couple of days here, you can miss a lifetime's worth of events.

there was a thread someone started trying to guess who he was, because he had said that he used to be on the board....someone guessed right and told the mods...

EDIT: try PMing yllus... he did the coding/setup for dwell's service (AFAIK)
Holy cr@p. Grasshopper was a bad trader and banned?! Wow.
But back on topic. I just installed a web gallery for my own website a few days ago.
It was pretty easy to install (I had absolutely zero experience with webpage setup and such, and still know jack).
I used Gallery. All the requirements and installation instructions are on there.
I don't know too much about manging the accounts though. All I know is that I have admin rights. =P

do any of those programs, or any program you know of, allow users to share more than just pics? like docs or small files?
I know this is getting more into temp ftp accounts but just curious is there is software that would manage this
