I am about to build a new computer and I need to have it build by May 10th. (i can not delay it after that unfortunately 🙁 )

Until May 5th - 6th that is the latest I can wait until I order the CPU, is their a chance that AMD will come with its newer processor and have pricecuts on current XPs?

Will the Thoroughbred be compatible with current motherborads?

Should I wait until the last moment to buy a processor, or I shouldn't expect anything more than $5-$10 decrease in price of XP2100 until May 6th?

Also, Is XP2100 worth the extra $50 or so dollars, or i should just stick with XP2000?
