I'm definately against this idea for us humans, it may be ok for certain medical reasons and a few others but just think of all the technology that aren't perfect. People will always find a way to break into computers sensitive info be it social engineering or pure hacking. Imagine what they can do with the info that they steal.

Even if you have a chip in you, it can easily be blocked with a fine mesh screen. (faraday cage)
