This UPS big enough?

I was just at Circuit City and they had an APC Battery Backup 500va (300 watts) for $69 with $60 rebate.

I picked one up, but I am unsure if this is enough juice. I am planning a new P4 system with a 350 watt psu and 19 inch monitor. Is this APC enough power? Box says 19 inch tower system will run for 7 minutes.

I don't really need the unit as a battery backup, but more as a line condition to even out the highs and the occasional lows.

Any comments on if this is enough?

I have a 650 ups rated for 32 minutes with a 19 inch tower system but the actual est. uptime from w2k is only 19 minutes.
