Friendly advice, you may still be exposed if the buyer tries to sue. Courts have been known to apply equitable principles to transactions to avoid what they term "unjust enrichment" of one party at the expense of the other. Just something to think about

Yeah but unless the buyer takes the seller to small claims court, the cost of a trial may be more than the cost of the PS2 box.
 
That guy must have been losing his mind when the bidding was going so high on just a box, I'm sure I have some old shoeboxes and stuff around here that might fetch a pretty penny on eb@y 😉
