This thing any good

Spending more on the cooler than the processor seems a bit out of wack to me. I'd go for the xigmatek or sunbeam direct heatpipe coolers for 30-40ish dollars over that personally. frostytech has them rated as some of the best and other sites still have them very highly rated.
 
Thats a very very very low end water cooling setup, I doubt itll cool any better than a good heatsink in the same price range, like a Xigmatek, Tuniq, Cooler Master v8 or a True 120
 
go for a normal air cooler like the latest xigmatek, tuniq or thermalright (NOT thermaltake, those r toys for kids)
