This sucks

I have a compressed disc in my neck causing severe pain whenever I move my head, I piss constantly due to a urinary infection that the asshole doctor can't prescribe the right antibiotic for and I have a swollen prostate.

Tlhs all adds up to a very uncomfortable workday every day. If I take the time off to get these things taken care of the othe five people on my team will have to pick up my load, which is already overwhelming for all of us.

Should I just bail out, take care of myself and say screw everybody?
