This site HAS to be a scam

Check this site out. I haven't dug through it thorougly yet, but I've been looking around the forums and on the net to see some proof that this is a scam. This place has been around only since 09/97, but I thought I'd see some mention of it somewhere. My friend found it on a BDSM forum he hangs out on, I told him to watch himself if he nefs on them. Has anyone heard of this place or what?
