Q: Do you email any tracking number when an order has been placed> A: Due to heavy volumes in orders from companies and customers, we dont have enough time to email every one with their shipping tracking numbers, however, if your item does not arrive within the reasonable time frame of 2 weeks, you may email us by clicking at CONTACT US so we can check on your order status and email you the tracking number. ONLY IF you REALLY require a tracking number to ensure that you are at home because you work all day and dont have time to wait for the shipping carrier to arrive to sign the package, after ordering just send us a form at our CONTACT US section and we will be more than happy to email you the tracking number as soon as your order ship out.
Q: Can you provide me with a company phone number so I can call you to ask questions or for any enquiries?
A: We are sorry, but we do not have a number to give out to internet customers, we are in the process of setting up a secondary phone line with over 375 operators that will be more than happy to assist you by phone. Currently our main phone lina can only reach 4 person, thats the Store Owner, the Manager, the Human Resources Department and the Purchasing and Contacts Department heads, despite all the work all these 4 main people have to do, we simply dont have enough time to handle a surge of over 2,000 phone calls a day from internet customers around the world and besides that, 4 people is not enough, we are also hiring phone operators and have hured 227 so far. The new secondary phone system should be ready very soon and we will be more than happy to post the phone number on our corporate website as soon as its ready.
