Since you're going to upgrade your system next year, buy just a value 2GB ddr memory kit [ feel free to choose any 2GB value RAM kit / 2*1GB DIMMs from Kingston,Corsair Value, TwinMOS, Crucial ]
No need to spend more money on a "tighter timings" kit.
