This picture was on November 15th, a full 9 days before the Su-24MR shootdown. Putin has been said to play a 3-dimensional game of geopolitical chess. Might he be looking use the ISIS conflict, and the Turkish support for ISIS, to try and work Turkey and the rest of NATO against each other, and thus both weaken NATO, and maybe even supplant Erdogan over the long game, and eventually put in power a Turkish junta that is aligned with the Russians?

NATO itself should disavow anyone supporting terrorists in Syria.
Problem is that support for terrorists comes straight from Washington.

putin just found out that Turkey is both supporting and Profiting from ISIS and the leaders of turkey Know Putin knows about their support of ISIS and Turkey is standing its ground in support of terror. AND Putin has put turkey on notice that it will not allow Turkey to profit from purchasing cheap ISIS oil.
