are either of those good choices? if not can you point me in the direction of something cheap that will do the job? thanks

edit: oh, it's a gaming system if it wasnt evident by the card

Still plenty of power. Honestly don't spend 500-700$ on a new rig, then skimp on the PSU. Buy something decent that will last for several years.

thats true. but on the other hand i dont want to overpay for something that performs as well as something cheaper

Agreed, but you won't regret spending the extra $20-30 for a real qaulity PSU, with 3-5 year warranty.
