this new system i orderd gonna be half decent for gaming? (and what shall i do to make it run everything nicely)

i just ordered the following pre built system

athlon XP 1900
512mb DDR
80 GB 7200 rpm ata 133 with 2mb buffer
64mb DRR radeon 8500LE
19" monitor(not sure what make, but it refreshes at 85@1280, and 75@1600)
creative soundblaster audigy OEM
creative labs inspire 5300 F pt surround
windows XP home
(also has all other standards, cd rw, dvd, optical mouse etc etc)

i know the 8500LE is not the best, but i though i could overclock it to normal 8500 speeds? also, G4 were out of the question as here in england we get things later so the 4200 is still a long way off.
however, will i be able to play older games like counter strike, TFC, UT, Q3 at 1600x1200 all options up on this at decent frame rates(60fps up)
what about newer games like medal of honor, will i be able to pull off a high res?

also what 3dmark 2001 score should i expect, just so i'll know if my system is performing aswell as it could (i know 3dmarks scores are kinda irrelevant but still)

and finally what like tweaks should i do to make XP run games properly, things like the refresh fix

and very finally, will i be shocked at how fast the system goes on every front and how stable it is? as i am currently running k6-2 450, 128mb, voodoo 3, windows 95c..

Don't change a thing!

I have essentially the same set up and on every game I have (from Dungeon Siege to Medal of Honor) I crank the graphics all the way up and the system doesn't even bat an eye...
 
Hi there fellow brit! DONT change a damn thing - well overclock the Radeon as far it can cope and sit back and get bathed in the warm glow of gaming madness! Oh those Inspires, I'ved got the same ones from Scan, just watch that volume and bass control - man they don't half blow a hole in your ears! You've also got my dream CPU (only got a 700), Memory(256mb of 133), Monitor(17" at the moment), soundcard (got a 5.1 Live!), nice choice on mouse, i got a optical too, Fantastic! oh yeah, expect around 6-7000 Marks or even 8000 - 9000 with a bit of lucky overclocking and tweaking! See, nothing to worry about. (6000 isn't anything to be ashamed about, mine gets 4886 cos my CPU is 700, if it was 1.6G, i would see about 8500! ahem, scuse the pun)
