Exactly - mountain lions are generally reclusive creatures that avoid humans. I've hiked in mountain lion country many many times with no fear because of that fact. If the lion attacked someone, then it was sick, deranged, or something else was wrong. Such an animal needs to be destroyed before it kills someone.

ya... somethings wrong... they are pissed off beyond comprehension because of our invation and destruction of their habitat

Animals are incapable of being pissed off over an abstract concept like that. I think you're mistaking David the Gnome for reality again.
