I know that they probably cannot do anything about this but the first thing I was thinking about when I was looking at this logo was "Anandtech".

It has a similar element but that is about it.

Even though the other mark is used in similar channels of trade, it is different enough that a case for mistaken identity on the trademark could probably not be made.
