Looks real to me, I dont think that dude was expecting the other guy to take a shot at him that quickly. He probably was expecting them to yell at each other a bit first to size each other up, but that other dude wasnt gonna have any of that.

edit: actually looking at the video again, it does look staged.

If it was real he prob would have been kicking him as soon as he hit the ground instead of bending over to throw some punches that miss.

I've been in fights. The first looked real, but the rest looks very fake. The punches clearly stop before connecting to the lying guy's face. The beater even stresses the arms to stop the punches right in front of the face. Oh, and the last foot kick is so WWF :roll:

If you notice the guy picks up his rag that he dropped when he punched the guy. If it was fake why would he do that?

Guy in corner, for some reason, starts to backpedal a bit.
Guy from car puts the beat-down on guy on corner.
Guy on corner lays nicely (out cold) as beat down progresses.

This might tend to explain the mindset of the guy on the corner as he was retreating ... he was trying to figure out if the guy from the car was gonna pop a cap in him.
