Why would talking to a low level employee at one location of one store tell you anything about a nationwide shoplifting crisis? If I go to my local Walgreens and talk to an employee, and they say that they don't have a shoplifting problem, does that mean shoplifting is not a problem?I dunno if it's complete bullshit but maybe it could be exaggerated amounts of bs.
Reason being you talk to walgreens employees and they confirm there's a retail theft problem. I've seen Wallgreens stores in NYC which are completely empty apart from the pharmacies. It's even rolled over into Rite Aid.. completely empty shelves but the stores are open.
And who do you believe at the end of the day.. some one working for $15 an hour in walgreens and deals with this or the twitter feed.
