I needed EMT's and paramedics last year when my mom had a heart attack and needed to be stabilized and taken to the hospital. After her passing I got a bill for $2400..

So its a very good question where did the $2400 I paid go..

I agree with her, but what is she going to DO about it? AOC is all talk, no action.
So your problem with AOC is that she isn't actually Mitch McConnell?

Here, let me give you a refresher on how a bill becomes a law.

Hint: AOC can't just will her ideas into laws.

Super hint: The Senate has to vote on an idea that has been written into a bill and passed by the House. AND the President has to sign it. And we're not even getting into Committees and cloture. But first, let's get you caught up.

So they tried to sleeaze an EMT who has an only fans to make ends meet and AOC is like the real story is

That is true.. in NY EMTS are paid 12 usually.. 15 if they are lucky and paramedics are 17-20 and it requires a 2 year degree since they're ones that give injectable meds and intubate.

So nowhere enough to make an actual living.. most have to work more than daily shifts and the conservaterrorist army tries to sleeze her? Shows what a shit company NYPOST and the Murdochs are.

That is weak for NYC. Charleston Paramedic is 24 - 26 an hour and the cost of living in SC is way less than NYC.

Does the NY Post have "Page Three girls"?
That was the great contribution to national culture Murdoch gave us. So, even if the Post itself didn't fit this article in between the boobies, this is a paper owned by a guy who made a lot of money out of peddling soft-porn. I can see how it feels able to take the moral highground with regard to this wanton woman.

But the US is a country where you have airline pilots claiming foodstamps, so can't say it's very surprising an EMT might need a second job.

Sounds like a local issue. I know a young fellow that's an EMT, I don't know how much he makes, but he owns his own home, has a non working wife and a couple kids, and two late model cars. He'll retire at 46 at 100% pay. It's what I would call a sweet deal.

Hmm I've never heard that. I work in healthcare and have had interactions with EMTs in a blue state in the NE and a red state in the south. Same story.

You get paid hourly often just a little better than minimum wage.
You have no health insurance.
It's a lot of heavy labor.
People do it as a stepping stone job: pay for school, get some medical experience to apply to nursing school or pharmacy school, etc. Or they do it as a second job to help make ends meet. Most of the time on shift you're just sitting in a truck waiting for a call.
It's not a career you can raise a family on. Again, these jobs don't offer health insurance in general.

Maybe people are confusing paramedics who are usually part of the fire department with EMTs who normally work for private ambulance companies? Huge difference in pay between the two I believe. As far as I know EMTs for the most part start at minimum wage and zero insurance.

He's in the Bay Area. I don't recall which city, but he's attached to the fire department.

That sounds way more logical. It's like a lottery to get a real firefighters job in this state. You practically have to be an Olympic athlete, but... If you get the job. 2 weeks on, a weeks off so on and so forth.

EMTs are generally considered independent contractors and work for hourly benefits at minimal pay with no associated benefits.

The basic difference between the two is EMTs can't give you medications in the field. They do mostly transport and very very limited medical assistance (glucose to diabetics for example) and basic life support. They mostly do transport. Paramedics give medications in the field. If you're having a heart attack they can start IVs, give meds etc. They also do transport and do advanced life support stuff.

Paramedics do make about twice what EMTs do but even still it's not exactly a comfortable lifestyle.

The paramedic tells us about herself. I mean honestly these garbage conservatives that give a fuck about selling some nude photos are really nothing but garbage people.

People pay money to see her naked?
She looks decent, probably top percent of normal women walking around street. However when we talk money I would think that would mean top tier.

I guess the internet is weird, friends teenage son was making a few hundred per month with a YouTube channel

Yea, you can totally find almost anything to buy online. Ton's of women (and I would assume men to a lesser extent) monetize their bodies online. I say go for it, but I don't put money down for online nakkedness. However, the NYP article does have me intrigued, I bet her funds went UP after this.

I think the amount that people can make on youtube and twitch is remarkable if you're good at it. I know people who put like 3-4 hours of live content a day and pull 5 figures a month on those platforms. Doesn't ninja make like millions a year? It's ridiculous.

Yet they never make a comment about the First Lady's nudity.

Sort of different, Hers are from professional modeling stuff and reputable magazines for public consumption. Kind of different than “only fans”.
I’m on the fence, as I said earlier I have no problem with a firing or discipline regarding the only fans thing, I also agree with AOC it is disgusting a person with a professional licensure gets paid so little in NY.
Edit: I do find it mean spirited for a news paper or website or whatever to go after people like her.

Excellent response by her. Lets see if the assholes at the NYP have the courage to respond.
