Problem with Opera (and to some extent Firefox) is everytime I use a secure web site with ANY kind of scripting, it doesn't work 75% of the time. :(

They're pretty much the same as FireFox. Anything you can't find let me know :)
yeah I can't find Yahoo Companion support for Opera. :) I live by it primarily because it has all my bookmarks, dynamically. And not to mention I hit Y! Mail, Y! Calendar, My Yahoo often also.

That's Windows, not Firefox.
Try it in Notepad.

Duh I can do it in notepad, or Word, or any text editor. What I'm saying is Firefox has similar behavior in selecting text while IE does not. I can select text on a webpage in Firefox and then change selection by holding down Shift and pressing the arrow keys.

I use IE because that's what I have to support at work. Software I use regularly I'm able to troubleshoot better.

FF vulnerabilies _are_ severe. If you use a month-old IE install I could not use it to compromise your machine - the most I could do is crash the browser. If you use a week-old FF install I can gain full remote administrative control in seconds. The problem is that FF is patched within days of vuln disclosure whereas IE takes months for microsoft to fix even with orders of magnitude more funds than mozilla.
