That guy was lucky.. a few years back I was in a bar and some dude came stumbling into the bathroom bleeding all over from his forehead....had one hell of a gash...almost all the way across...his buddies came tearing in after him asking if he was ok, apparently he grabbed some chicks ass at the bar and she smashed him with a beer bottle. You would have thought they sacrificed a chicken in there, so much blood on the floor.

I knew the guy....he was an asshole so I did not feel too bad.

This is what's wrong with today's law. If he would of hit back he would of probably gone to prison, but after being hit that hard and violently he should be allowed to hit her back in self defense.

That seriously looks like it hurt though lol. He's lucky he did not get glass in the eyes.
