Had it been real and this tape was out floating on the internet, that poor guy can save it right on video tape then turn around and say:

"Your honor, here is a video evidence of the alleged destruction of my property and an unreasonable force used against my person as an assault"

real cheaters are removed from the LAN in a cordial manner and never let back in. This is of course after irrefutable proof is found and confirmed.
