Didn't anyone catch that the Mercades guy pulled something out of his trunk? Looks like a bat, a sword, or a shotgun or something. Anyone else see that!? Jeez.
Yeah, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared.

Being prepared is one thing. Concealing a weapon is against the law. I highly doubt the guy had a permit. And even then. Being prepared and actually menacing or threatening (assault) is also against the law. If you have a concealed handgun license, you don't have a license to wave it around in public. You have a license to carry it around concealed. If you draw it, you'd better be in a position where you have to use it so the other person involved can't press charges against you for assault with a deadly weapon. You'll get your license taken away and a felony charge slapped on you. I looked this up to make sure.

IMO, the guy in the SUV was intoxicated/under the influence. What sober person would do doughnuts in the middle of an 8-lane street trying to hit someone whose car he already hit. The guy just sat there in the middle of the street blocking traffic.

That female cop was useless. She didn't take control of the situation at all. Female cops=another useless EEO idea.
