Lame that they decided to rename the exhibition for the States btw, they didn't bother renaming it from the original German title in Europe.

I saw some of these on a tv show/interview about a year ago. Its nothing that can't be done with synthetic material but the physiology detail is amazing, something that could be used in medical school or the likes. I wouldn't say that I'm comfortable with it by any stretch, just that its much different than you'd think and you would never guess that they are real corpses if you weren't told. They aren't mangle people from car wrecks but are perfectly preserved and coated with synthetic material that makes them look a maniquin with extreme physiological detail of organ systems etc.

There are a lot of medical students (and professors and stuff) who go to see it. Those, and people who like freakshows.

I also saw that tv show. It is not nearly as "sick" as it sounds. They actually look really cool. I want to see it.
