Hah! You're talking about an event with a bunch of uber-techno-elite that probably just about all have cell phones/black berries with built-in cameras or are carrying pocket-sized cameras. This picture was probably taken .5 seconds after the 360 went RROD.

Yes, we all do know about it, but it looks really bad when a demonstration model on the floor is having hardware problems. People don't need to be reminded of it in a showroom.
