For 9, view source and take letters from span class "not", you get "turnmeondeadman" which alludes to Paul McCartney (hence the URL paulisdead)
Paul McCartney does not work for the username/pass however, but I believe it's close

login: turnmeon
password: deadman

exactly as he said, only use the letters in between the span tags. the first line will be turnmeon, the second will be deadman
 
I dunno if it means anything, but in the URL for #10 you can rearrange the last part into arrow... still asks for password and login though
 
none that i know of. windows media lets you play fast, and slow. lol but not reverse.

lemme see if soundforge can play it in reverse.
