You'd be wrong as usual, something explained at great length in this very thread. Immigration is a highly specialized area of the law & it would be foolish to think that any swinging dick justice of the peace would be qualified to administer it.

I like Trump, BUT he is wasting his time building a wall... The white walkers have a dragon now that can fly them over.. winter is coming... he should build drones to take out the whitewalkers.. kinda like what Obanka did..

Just looking for reasonable and legal solutions to political problems that have been plaguing this country for over 50 years. Although I can see the sense in flooding the country with Republican judges to rule on immigration cases, you may have a point.

You're merely defending those in power who have no such intentions. Sessions has thrown the system into gridlock & Trump is all for it. Our GOP Congress is incapable of meaningful action.

The conservative disconnect from reality over immigration is profound.

I agree. I didnt nor do I support seperating kids from their families. Ive said this in previous posts.

That is not compatible with charging them all as criminals. It clogs the system. One way or another it results in more people being locked up & us paying for it. If we move new cases to the front people already locked up stay that way longer.

Neither Trump nor the GOP have even acknowledged that or proposed legislation to compensate.

Are you asking if a judge is required for kangaroo courts where defendants (no matter how young) have no right to counsel or to call witnesses for their defense? I'd say no. Might as well use a magic 8 ball.

The average Judge Judy episode is more legally valid than any immigration "court" session.

Court orders no deportation without a hearing.
Court orders no children are allowed at the parent's detention.

It's a pretty simple offer to say no, they'd like to return home with their kids and not suffer court ordered delay and separation.
The alternative is "catch and release". AKA, Open Borders.

There's a third option, where we use legislation to establish refugee camps to keep families together.
