This is not legal, deportation without rights.

I assume that the Orangeman was passing an especially large turd, an Elvis-sized turd, maybe, when he pushed out that contradictory tweet.

At what point does the cabinet invoke the 25th on this addled old codger that has clearly lost his mental faculties years ago? When the fuck does that happen, or are they just waiting for the big pay off that he promised them?

In other words, the court orders a process that practically takes months, creeping into years.
Court also orders a removal of children from their parents.

It's no wonder Obama was powerless to stop it. It is a wonder people suddenly cared just because Trump is President.

.In another country, a strongman leader could contrive a crisis, invoke martial law, suspend habeas corpus, deport the infestation & lock her up all at the same time. Along with anybody else who gets in the way.

I wonder if Trump thinks he's that guy... Maybe Stephen Miller can talk him into giving it a try.

Trump: "We don't want judges, we want security on the border." Trump makes outrageous claims about the number of judges needed, up to 6000, with no more basis than all the Muslims dancing on the roofs he didn't see.

Basically we are living through this....

Easy, with legal paper work and legit visa.

Once more, this is unconstitutional, but that doesn't matter if it is your cause that violates it.

I understand that you embrace authoritarian lawlessness, that is only laws that the would-be ruler in the form of Trump decrees, but don't be so transparent about it. Well unless that's your paid position, to troll boards.

And yet none of those things have happened.

Papiere bitte!

I assume that you carry your birth certificate with you at all times?

Your false narrative that America can't protect its border is disingenuous at best. We can protect our border and we are protecting our border. But we must do so within the framework of our laws and Constitution. We must enforce the law within the law. By insisting that we enforce the law through illegal and unconsistutional means, you are the one advocating lawlessness.

You missed the point. The reason those things haven't happened is because the US isn't just any other country.
No, I didn’t miss the point. For all the alarmism about fascism, Trump has failed to implement one policy that even sets us on the path. The courts either slap him down or he blinks under public pressure.

He’s not much of a strong man. More of a flailing child.

He hasn't really blinked on this one. He's changed it to a policy of extortion. Trump does not understand what a fascist is, but he'd dearly like to be one and laws and the Constitution do not concern him all that much. Worse perhaps is that it doesn't Republicans in Congress either. Between the two they have considerable power to harm and embrace it under the guise of patriotism. Could Trump shoot someone, that is to say, overtly commit a serious crime and get away with it? The Republicans are doing their best to make sure the issue never makes it to "court", that is up for impeachment or public knowledge. The Republicans are arming themselves and Trump with the prosecution's documents in a huge conflict of interest.

Well shit good thing Republicans aren't filling the courts with ideologues or people who would back trumps agenda!

Too bad there aren't glasses to correct for shortsightedness.
