Nude kid photos are illegal if done solely for a sexual purpose. Nude kid photos are legal if done for any other purpose. Look at National Geographic or the Travel Channel as examples, nude children are there quite frequently. Clearly this was done as a joke, thus it is legal.

It just is an impossible task. No government has the manpower to do that. For every one picture they take down, ten thousand more will go up. I realize that you have a noble cause. But it is just unrealistic.

You have to remember, not every country has laws like US does.

Internet is around the world and you can't enforce them without cutting off the connection to other countries.
