This is just fvcking stupid

My school sells $1 20oz milk bottles in a machine... Healthier than soda, and it would be harder to get the cartons to work in the machines... reg, chocolate, strawberry, orange, and mocha.. what more could you want?

... the cafeteria still has cartons.

orange milk? :vomit;

I'm gonna have to go out on a limb and say that the bottles really are more attractive than the cartons. Think about it, you have all these little paper boxes full of liquid being handled around tossed around and whatnot. Condensation makes the package moist and icky. Plus being smushed in with 40-50 other cartons and it's not exactly the most appealing beverage.

have you read any of the articles about what all this plastic packaging is doing to our bodies? let's just say it's making guys more feminine.

its true that. the design of the cartons are ugly when put next to sodas and juices...and kids will go for something that looks prettier and taste better too! so why not make it look nicer so that kids MIGHT buy the milk instead of the soda..

aren't they in cartons so they won't be exposed to light? Also, the splatter effect is far more impressive with the cartons when you throw them against a wall.

They tried the bottled stuff here. They sold TWO before the batch went bad. We want our f'ing crappy chocolate milk in the cardboard cartons!!!111oneoneeleven

Just makes me mad.

I found this while browsing the Sun-Times site this morning.

ARGH.

Lazy Americans-can't open a paper milk carton-so now they are waisting plastic(made from oil):|:disgust::shocked::laugh::thumbsdown:

I thought like 80% of container plastic these days is recycled?

i don't find this article anger inducing...

''Teachers say you can spend the whole lunch period just walking around and opening those containers.''

this, however, was hilarious. if this is true, im sad.

Canadians train our wee ones on milk in a delicate bag. The motor skills required build muscles with fine control, yet awesome power.
