You can see people panicking and even jumping on the dividers when an escalator in NJ starts going in reverse. Oh My God. The Humanity!!!You know what they call an up escalator going in reverse? A down escalator. Apparently they never rode one going down before. Maybe they were scared because it wasn’t going the direction they were looking. Turning around must be a lost art. I wonder what these people would do in an elevator that was supposed to be going up went down a floor?

It sounded retarded until I saw the video in the link, which includes the audio from a phone call. Basically there was a line of people at the bottom waiting to get on the escalator. When in reverse, the escalator is feeding dozens more people into the crowd. All it takes a few stupid retards at the bottom to not get the hell out of the way and it turns into a dangerous situation.

I hate some people so much. We've all met that kind of person. Get out of the way so the people coming down the escalator don't fall onto moving parts and get chewed up by it? Hell no! I have a right to stand here! I'm not moving for anyone or any reason! Example: fuck heads who don't get out of the way for ambulances.
