This is getting irritating

Computer ran fine and i didn't change anything. I ran Spybot search & destroy, and now things are freezing up. For example:

-When i right click on the desktop it won't bring up the menu, the cursor just turns to the hourglass icon and stays that way.

During this time i can run a program up, but when i turn it off the image of the program stays, Same with the start menu.

I don't know what to do, i restarted in safemode and it does it there too. Please help.
 
Okay nevermind. I just fixed it after hours of pooking around. I just decided to Go crt+alt+del and start shuting down everything under my name. i turned off something and it went back to normal. forget which file it was. "verclsid" or somethign to that extend.

Let me know if you know what that is.
