I'm definitely inspired by this, yesterday I started a new diet. I'm basically eating a big salad for every meal until I drop the pounds. I love salad, I just add diced chicken breast, tons of veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, etc..) and a little low fat dressing and I'm good to go. I'm also working on weight training for 4 days out the week with cardio thrown in for another 5 or 6 days per week. I can't wait to see what the results are at the end of the first month.

Good for her. But remember this: Her ability to do this and look that good has as much to do with genetics as it does with exercise.

Not everyone ages the same and had she suffered more from arthritis, or osteoporosis, she would be unable to do that.

How we age is not only affected by our behavior and environment, it's also largely dependent on our genes.

LOL, Im eating until I feel like Im gonna throw up. I eat about 6 meals a day. Trying to bulk up to 210 by the end of the year.
