Good for her. But remember this: Her ability to do this and look that good has as much to do with genetics as it does with exercise.

Not everyone ages the same and had she suffered more from arthritis, or osteoporosis, she would be unable to do that.

How we age is not only affected by our behavior and environment, it's also largely dependent on our genes.

It's not a thread about exercise if Amused hasn't posted this in it...

You don't think body type, the ability to gain muscle mass, logevity and body fat distribution and ease of gaining are not largely controlled by genetics?

If you don't, you go against any and every valid medical study ever done.

What about Jack Lalane, Dave Drapper or Charles Atlas? La lane is pushing mid 90's and is built better than most 20 year olds.

Yep, good genetics are nice. But what about all the thousands of people who were health nuts, worked out and had nice bodies who died much earlier?

Being healthy helps, but if your genetics are bad, all the healthy living in the world won't stop the inevitable.

Actually, I didn't say that at all. I'm just pointing out the fact that you post this in every workout related thread, whether the topic is prompted for or not. No need to get your panties in such a bunch 😛
