I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but I figure enough people hit this message board someone might know and be able to help me out.
Anyway... I heard a song in a car commercial the other day and its driving me crazy, I'm pretty sure its from the 80s. I also think I heard it while watching a buddy of mine play GTA: Vice City. Trouble is that when I went to cdnow and did the previews for the songs on the vice city soundtrack, none of them were the one I'm looking for. More trouble comes in for the fact that I don't remember which car company the commercial was for, and I can't honestly say I understood any of the words.
As for what I can say, the song is kind of techno-ish, and the chorus is a female repeating the last word the male in the chorus said - 3 times she says it, and it sounded like the word was "cars". I also believe a hip-hop remake was released recently, I've never heard it but a friend of mine said he is pretty sure he did.
I may be way off on this one though, it might not be the word cars, my friend laughed at me when I told him thats what I thought they said... but then again he didn't even have a guess at it.
Some help would be cool, I hate not being able to know this kind of thing once it gets stuck in my head
