I trhink it has alot to do with the mystery of the unknown. In our culture breasts have been taboo for a very long time, even with breast being shown off more and more we still have an element of mystery. In many other cultures where breasts are not taboo they are not as sexual. In many cuktures it is a common site to see womens breasts when they are feeding their babies, and in these cultures breats are as much a sexual object. I think the others that say that is has to do with out natural urges are also right. Men were initially attracted to women with large breast because of what was said earlier, the need to have healthy strong offspring. Today however they are mainly a sexual object.
