This is a prime example of why I hate cats

Outside of monkeys, cats are the smartest animals on earth. Dolphins, phhh, what've they done for me? Dogs actually don't even have brains, it's been proven.

LOL...I love my cats dearly, but they've been known to do some incredibly dumb stuff on occasion. My wife and I look at them as the equivalent of 2-year old children: Incredibly curious creatures that want to taste, touch and smell everything they can reach, while constantly finding new ways to get in trouble. :D

How old are yours? Once you get them neutered, that activity ceases pretty quick. Although I agree, they can still go bonkers sometimes. It's like they see ghosts or something and just freak right out for no reason. Hilarious, and down right loveable. :)

This little guy is neutered and he is the single most annoying cat on the planet. We love him to death but he has the curiosity of 10 cats and never misses an opportunity to cause mayhem.

Wow, such nice eyes on that guy!
Well, maybe not all are affected by neutering. :)
Here's ours, don't know what it's gonna be like when he dies. :(

Cats rule :) Ridiculously intelligent. My 3 month old kitten makes me wonder... "Is she smarter than me?" :D

Anyways, few pictures of Smokey...

4 weeks old
7 weeks old
12 weeks old

Cuteness overload.

I know :D She got her 3rd set of shots today :D She has been sleeping on my bed since 2 PM :Q Poor kitty!

theres nothing wrong with this video, the cat just wanted to get away, you piss off a dog and it can kill you

good point - i never heard of anybody being mauled by their pet cat, but pet dogs ... watch out!

i'd also way rather clean a litter box then go hunting for "presents" in the yard. yuck!

btw, that video is hilarious! almost looks like the cat is getting his nads. ouch!

So because cats don't have the ability to maul people, they are better?

Dude, cats suck. I have two dogs and cat, and the cat doesn't do sh!t. My dogs are happy to see me when I come in the house, want to play, don't have claws (not like the sharp cat ones) and don't shed.

Obviously you hate the cat. Do you really expect her to love someone that hates her? Sorry dude, find a new home for your cat. That poor thing deserves a better home.

i agree with xiety here, my cats love to see me when i come home, and are friendly to everyone and love to be around people

if you didnt treat your cat like crap it wouldent hate you

funny how they helped save humanity, you know, killing all those rats carrying the plague (pesky fleas) :)

I also believe the egyptians worhsipped them...cats were welcomed when they kept the rats out of the graineries...you know, for FOOD.

they have function...I know my cat has caught several norweigicus rats (plgaue rats) in our backyard.

my other cat vinne has caught a few gophers and one squirrel.

It's amusing how people get so worked up over a stupid animal. Compared to humans, both cats and dogs are retarded. Who cares if a cat or dog is smarter than the other? It's what type of animal that brings you joy that's important. I prefer dogs, but I also like cats. Just because you like one doesn't mean you have to hate the other.

I've got a dog that will kill rats and mice better than any cat i've ever seen.

I bet it'll eat it's ass and sh!t on your carpet like no tomorrow too, eh? ;)

uh...dog's can be house trained you know? I can just let mine out the back, and they dump/piss there. No litter box to clean out.

My dog is trained to go in a litter box (she's a shih tzu).

This is because it's not a dog. It's a dust mop...
