Well i just accquired 280+gb of music from my uncle. I was wondering what program should be used to store all of this other then itunes. I would like to keep my iTunes libary strictly for my ipod, unless you can run dual libaries in itunes. I'm looking for something that is easy to use, I dont really need anything crazy. Thanks for all your help.

I really like the Musicmatch library, but it was raped by commercialism. But you can still try it. I went back to Winamp. I consider it the standard in mp3 players.

The most barebone and yet feature filled player is winamp + addons. One could argue the same for Foobar, but it is rather clunky at first, and it presents the user with, gasp, too many options and can become a pain.

Honestly, both are great little apps with a lot of power, but I would go with winamp for the UI.

That said, I use itunes. Honestly, with as much music as I have and with my varying tastes, and I have yet to find something that provides me with such simple and yet powerful features in such a streamlined UI.
