I got this email in response to my resume on CareerBuilder

Duties of our billing support agent are only to receive payments from our customers to a bank account, and to send it to our sales department via Western Union.
For our cooperation you will need an account in the Bank of America. It will be used to receive payments from our customers. Once you open an account we will submit it to our billing system and the funds should start coming shortly.
Once you receive the payment you should send the part of it to our sales department via Western Union and keep part of money for yourself as your salary.
The Western Union fees are to be paid from our part of the money received (from the part of money you send us). With every new transfer you will receive notification phone call or an email. All additional information and instructions about transfers(such as amount of payment, size of your salary, western union recepient information) you will receive by email.
We have 5-8 orders during a week, with every processed transfer your salary will be 4% of sum of the payment(it's approximately 70-250USD of sum you will process).
Also if you will work fast and honest you will get a premium 500 USD monthly.
Our company is officially registered in Russia and the raised tax from any remittances on the legal person is at a rate of 20% from the sum of transfer while the tax raised from the remittances on the private person is only 3%.
Also if our customers will pay us directly, it will take a long time, because international wire transfer goes 5-6 days, and with help of our billing agent we can receive payments during only 1 day, this is much faster and reduces terms of delivery, because we send the order to the customer only after payment reception.
Thats why our billing system works this way, we want to save our time and money.
This
is all legal and we already work this way with the Bank of America during 2 years.
If you can do this work and want to apply, answer us and we will send you an app form If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
We look forward to hearing from you.

I told this guy I don't do business but Bank of America because they aid and abed criminals, and support the invasion of American by hostile forces. They also support the murder of baby seals.

Anyway's What's to keep me from pocketing the money?

To open an account you have to deposit money, which will probably then be stolen once they have the acc't number.

They are going to send you "money" that doesn't exist either in the form of checks which will bounce after a few days or via a bank account that doesn't exist. Although it'll show up as money for the few days before they verify the check, when you send them their "portion" via western union, you're actually just sending them some of your real money.

agreed. i don't get the whole "lets scam the scammer" deal. they aren't going to give a ******. you aren't scamming them at all. any money they use to "purchase" your "item" is going to be nonexistant or stolen anyway. its not going to make them stop and realize that what they are doing is wrong.

why waste your time?
