I'm sure you'd be trolling Bernie just as hard had Dems chosen him, just in a different way.

In either event, you're just here to tear down the Democrats any way you can.

Check the thread title. Tell us where you fit in.

This just in:

Democratic party members help out the Democratic party politician running in the Democratic party primary to the detriment of the non-Democratic party politician.

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

Alert the press!

Technically, Bernie was never a Democrat to begin with. He's always been an Independent, and only decided to temporarily become a Democrat for this election. In that regard, it kinda makes sense why the DNC was rather hostile to Bernie, because he was a literal outsider to their party; much like how Donald Trump was a literal outsider to the Republicans.

Regardless he was running as a Dem.

So ya'll think it OK to stab him in the back.

Now I see.

The GOP establishment can stomach a Clinton administration if it stops Trump. Against Bernie, they would have gone all in.

They've been slandering the Clintons for decades, they couldn't let that happen. On the other hand, if Bernie got in, he would find it difficult to get many of his furthest left ideas passed by Southern Dems in Congress/Senate, and Republicans would block things that much easier.

The "worst election" is such an open-ended inquiry that I find it difficult to answer. This election is shaping up to record the highest turnout, so it seemed to have fired people up in one way or another.

This country is going down the shitter at a pretty good clip. The divisiveness is terrible. It won't be any better tomorrow regardless of who wins. Either side that wins will gloat and scream down the other for being fools and assholes.

Of course establishment Republicans can stomach the Clintons, because in the Clintons they see themselves.

Yep, most of them have no interest in a trump presidency at all because he might actually expose them as the shitty shills they are.

Bernie would have been freaking slaughtered. It wouldn't even have been funny. Think McGovern and Al Smith. That's what would have happened to Bernie.

I agree.

News to folks like Jhhnn, he and other progressives think that Americans have an insatiable desire for progressive/socialist policy solutions and the politicians who would implement them.

See above. I've been with her all along.

Sanders vs Gowdy. Why can't that be the election? Why can't America have good people in the presidential election?

Yeh, that's why we dumped DWS.

Tell us how well the RNC has treated your hero the Donald.

I never said the Donald was my hero, nor have I said that I was a fan of his. So much for your credibility.

Again, totally missing the point....
What is WORSE is the extremist far right loonies that have taken over the republican party.
You can't blame an election. You must look under the hood and realize this is not the worse election, this is the worse of America that have broken thru into the main stream.
No, you cannot blame the process, the election, when one side has allowed themselves to be used, abused, and hijacked by extremist. The loonies. The worst of the worst.
On Wednesday, the only words of advise that we all must give republicans...
That is, if they ever hope to survive....
PUT YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER
Wait, so there are 1 million more loonies (the difference in the popular vote right now) than for the left? lmao. You realize tons of minorities who went obama in 2012 voted for Trump? Do the math, but hopefully you stop reading the BS bought-out media first. They are telling you what to think. Wake up and read wikileaks (never disputed to be false). Expand your mind and you'll realize that your opinions are exactly what CNN/NYT/Washpo/TheHill.com/Politico/Reuters/NPR/BostonGlobe etc (all proven to be working with the clinton campaign via wikileaks) put in there.

Once Democrats regain control of the legislative branch we need to start repealing the death penalty and eliminate it from our justice system. The extremism that you speak of should not be condoned by the church yet they seem to want the power to take peoples lives which Jesus spoke out against. The other thing that bothers me is the separation of church and state. I keep seeing churches as designated polling places yet no matter how well intentioned that might seem it violates that principle. No part of state should be at church and church has no business in state or business. Church needs to get out of health care and/or Congress needs to pass laws forcing them to provide the same services as a normal hospital would including abortions when the mothers life is endangered. Religions influence needs to be pared back to preaching the gospel period!
Wrong, the left was trying to take away church's tax exempt status. Fuck that, this country needs more church not less. If people actually followed Jesus' example instead of acting like fucksticks our society would be much better.

The church needed to loose its tax exempt status as it now operates as a PAC instead of how a church is intended. Trump's win is proof that we are no longer a Christian nation.

BS, without the Evangelical vote he wouldn't have won swing states like NC. You are on crack.

Bernie was slaughtered. By his own party no less.

Gowdy is a good guy. Seen a couple of his videos, and that one where he tore into the cartel investigator dude...Oh my. And it's a shame what happened to Sanders; an old dude with a good head on his shoulders got tossed to the wayside. Same thing that happened with ol' Paul.
