Read all of it. Some very good points, some I don't agree with. But I do think if couples did try a few of these things there would be a lot less divorce.

I like some of the story but not all of it. To me he sounds like a chick in a man's body. He says he needs to be emotionally stable yet he's not stable himself. A lot of contradiction there, IMO.

He seems to be a very old fashioned guy who says he is willing to do whatever it takes to fulfill his job as the man in the relationship, no matter how hard or seemingly impossible it might be. He will live up to his role and the expectations that come with being the male alpha, including taking a bullet, dropping everything and running to fix an emergency, reading her moods, shutting up when need be, making money and spending it on her when needed... offering financial/emotional/physical/sexual support... and a long list of other things. That is his job in the relationship.
In return he expects the woman to know her role and do her job. He expects her to take care of her physical appearance, make an effort to be sexually attractive to him without being obsessive. To have decorum while dressing when he is not there. To be responsible for their emotional growth, and keeping him in line when he acts like an idiot. He also expects her job to include domestic things like cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. He has no problem doing them himself, but he is not willing to tolerate the attitude that a woman is a card carrying member of NOW and just refuse out of feminism ideals.
All in all it is pretty interesting.
