Can't find any info about the number. He calls during the day and night but I never answer cause the number seems to be an international one.
 
Let me guess you have a pre-paid Verizon phone?
Most report its a recorded message from them. Just answer and you should be able to push a button, 1 maybe, and they will stop calling.
 
it's definitely from a foreign country. probably those damn russians, trying to scam you with their nigerian scams. if you answer and it's a king with a large bank account, just hang up quickly.
 
Option 1) Be annoyed by many calls for life.
Option 2) Answer the call once to end it. Either press '1' if other posters here are correct or have your cell phone company block that number.

I see you perfer eternal frustration and complaining about it on Anandtech.
