Didn't understand the whole point in this clip. I found it not funny nor even slightly humorous.

It's supposed to be taking the pi$$ out of England?s 'reputation' of hooliganism at international football (soccer) matches.
 
Hackery, just plain hackery. Whoever made that video obviously watched a lot of Monty Python. They had a skit on self defense that involved an instructer insulting his students and then telling them to come at them with a banana, whence he shot them. Now, it isn't exactly the same, but obviously a rip off.
